This image is horrible, I don't care who argues. God could try to defend this shit and I would disagree. I can barely tell what the fuck is going on through all the white, it's like two otters covered themselves in paint and then rolled in cocaine.

"Hollow Silhouettes.x" by Thraxy-Kins

Today's first piece comes from artist Thraxy-Kins, and has the odd title Hollow Silhouettes.x


From what I can tell, it appears to be a picture of two disembodied rabbit heads with trendy haircuts sitting on some tiny hills. The one with glasses seems embarrassed. Maybe he's asking the one with no eyes if he's heard of his favorite trendy band.

The sky in the background is quite pretty but the artist has gone a little overboard on making the rabbit-heads shiny. Too much shine on hair just makes it look greasy. Though they are trendy young people... rabbit heads... so maybe the greasy look is in now? I feel so old.

D'you know what DeviantArt needs more of? Gay Pokemon. The internet is running desperately low on images of Pokemon being sexually attracted to each other, I reckon. Thank Arceus that artist mysterythought is here to save the day.


The artist's comment reads "I was looking on Deviantart one day to find some Charmander yaoi (because I'm a freak) and I was disappointed that there wasn't much. I decided then to add a Charmander yaoi picture of my own." Well it's a miracle you're here to make up the numbers, mysterythought. I think we were all a little disappointed at the lack of homosexual baby lizards.

I'll be honest, that front guy really doesn't look like he's into this situation at all. Those are eyes of terror, my friend. Maybe since lizards lack mammaries, he'd thought the other Charmander was a lady-mander? Maybe there's a whole hilarious Pokemon sitcom moment unfolding around these guys. Unfortunately we'll never really know, because to us they are floating in a blank white void - possibly a psychological Silent-Hill-esque afterlife where the Charmander is forced to confront his fear of homosexuality for the rest of eternity.

So the plot in this piece seems to be... an anime and a transformer stare at eachother for four panels, and then make out.

It's been a good few years since I watched the cartoon but aren't Transformers traditionally, uh... fucking massive? This anime girl must be the size of a damn skyscraper. Maybe Megatron fell for her because he was smitten by how she could knock down buildings with her enormous bubble-head.
